Home2 Suites by Hilton Beaumont

The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is a busy hotel, but the staff does great work. This hotel is next to restaurants, so that is convenient. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back.

The first time ever I was refused free water at check-in. I checked in for four nights and was told I would need to buy water since I was only a silver member. I have been diamond for seven years previous but changed jobs. Even if you are coming they want to trade points for water. Everything else ok but this set me off on the wrong path with this hotel. The night before in a different Home 2 i was given two free waters at check-in regardless of status. This hotel was only 40 miles away from this stingy hotel. Breakfast and maid service has been good for my entire stay.

I had an excellent stay at Home2 in Beaumont Tx. The associates were friendly, courteous,helpful and very professional. I wasn't too happy with the parking lot to the side of the building, it tended to get darker the farther you drive back, ...not sure if a light was out or what! The lobby, hallway and elevator were all clean. My room was very nice and clean. It had one queen bed, sofa sleeper, a desk and chair, plasma T. V. Microwave, frig , coffee pot and dishes. The restroom was fully stocked with ample towels and toiletries. However, the maids need to start NOW with treating the tiny spots of mold that are starting to bloom in the shower. The Central heat/air worked perfectly (no musky smells). The only real problem that I had is when I attempted to call the front desk, I found that the phone didn't work.

Got a room last minute while in town for a concert. Room was clean, very comfortable, ac worked very well, slept great. Water pressure could be a bit higher but nothing the hotel can do about that. Location is good, quiet, did check in and out via the app, but staff was very polite and professional when I encountered them.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The area was great for walking a dog outside and was secluded, giving that comfort no matter the time. I highly recommend this hotel if you have pets and two or more guests staying more than one night. This will be my go-to hotel in the future in this area.

This is my first time in a home2 suites by Hilton, at first, I thought they didn’t want me there because the door would not open I actually second guessed my reservation. The front entrance blends into the side of the building. The guest services let me in. We laughed about it, and she checked me in. The rooms are very clean. The gym area is very nice. The pool area is looking nice it’s outside tho. People are actually using the grill. Overall, very impressed can’t wait for the free breakfast.

The newly renovated rooms were comfortable. If you are traveling with dogs this is the place to stay. Although not fully fenced, the outdoor area is large and beautifully maintained. There is a nice BBQ area as well as comfortable seating areas. Our well trained dogs were able to run around and sniff everything off leash. My condolences if you are spending time in Beaumont. It's truly a forgettable city.

Very clean suites. Spacious. Love the kitchen! It has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink with countertop space, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee! They'd even s dining area with a table for 4.
